A well-known brand and service today, Zero Fasting was started in 2016 by tech entrepreneur Kevin Rose. The simplicity of the app, along with being the first of its kind, made Zero popular in the wellness industry while still being a niche product.
In 2018, my former CEO and manager at FitStar bought Zero with big plans to expand and popularize fasting to the mainstream. He had successfully used intermittent fasting himself to get healthy after a bout of illness. He brought me, two engineers, and a product lead on board to spearhead the new version of Zero Fasting.
Over the next four years, I created and evolved the Zero brand, UX, UI, and marketing creative to what became the world's biggest fasting app that regularly ranks high in the wellness apps on the iOS App Store.
